The Winner's cups can be obtained from the Large Boxes of the lifeguard. To create them, you will need Large drops, which are extracted through a chain of event boxes from Medium and Small boxes of the rescuer. Small drops can be obtained when hunting monsters above level 50.
 
If you do not have enough drops or time to collect them, the necessary items can be purchased at the GXP store.
