It is important to keep in mind that the chat moderators are the same players, so they cannot be in the game 24/7.
 
If someone writes you unwanted or offensive messages in private messages, you can use the blacklist function, after that the player will not be able to write to you.
 
Please also note that contacting technical support about common violations in the chat (for example, obscene language) is not required — such situations are considered by the chat moderators directly in the game.
 
At the same time, through a technical support application, you can report serious violations, such as insults based on racism, discrimination and other similar cases. In such situations, the administration may additionally consider the complaint.
