Technical work completed

The technical work has been completed, the servers are available again.
 
The following changes were made during the technical work:

• The Valentine's Day event has been completed.
  
• Unused small, medium and large valentines, small, medium and large heart boxes, magic shards have been removed.
  
• The names of super-skills have been changed:
  Rusty Bullet -> Last Cartridge
  Infrared Sensor - 2 -> Rusty Bullet
