Technical work completed

The technical work has been completed, the servers are available again.
 
The following changes were made during the technical work:

• The Icy Winds event has been completed.
  
• Unused small pieces of ice, medium pieces of ice, large pieces of ice, small ice boxes, medium ice boxes, large ice boxes, unusual ice floes have been removed.
  
• The stun ability of the combat rat warriors in Eristum has been replaced with bleeding.
